How it works

Use this form to give a customer secure, time-limited access to our trust and compliance documents on the public Trust Center (trust.erieri.com). You will create a private link here for the customer/contact to access.

What the customer experiences

You send them the invite link (usually by email, the link is the credential).
They open the link and confirm their work email (they must enter it if you left email blank when generating the link here).
They see only the documents you selected below and can download them from the Trust Center.
SOC 2 reports are watermarked with their email and a timestamp on every page.

What you should do

Select the documents this customer is allowed to see (selecting SOC 2 selects all documents, as SOC2 contains the most confidential information).
Add their email if you already know it; otherwise the first person to use the link locks it to their address.
Set expiry to match your agreement (30 days is a common default).
Click Generate invite link, then Send invite email or copy the link manually.
Use Invite log to revoke a link early if it was sent in error or access should end.
